It was a great pleasure to be part of the 12th edition of the annual international “Hommage à Kieślowski” festival. Along with the fascinating nature of Sokolowsko, a picturesque village also known as “Polish Davos”, we have enjoyed working with an amazing festival team led by Zuzanna Fogtt. It has been a special joy for us to have an opportunity to create this romantic atmosphere within the prominent NeoGothic-styled Brehmer Sanatorium, which served as a venue for the festival’s opening banquet. Being also responsible for styling the main event’s dinner, we looked no further for inspiration than local nature and gardens by turning native flowers, fruits, and vegetables bedded in the heart of Sudety mountains into our main design medium.
